Part 1 - Personal Information

While purchasing items or signing up for our emails, you may be asked to give information including but not limited to your Name, Address, Email Address and Credit Card Information. We take great pride in assuring that your personal information is not lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. When logging onto our website, certain information may automatically be collected such as your computer's operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address, access times, browser type and language, and referring Web site addresses. With your Prior permission, we may send emails pertaining but not limited to Promotions and Information on our Store. Information will be collected regarding your usage and activity on our Sites. If at any point you no longer give consent, we ask that you email us immediately so that we can withdraw your information. At no point will your Personal Information be used for anything other then its intended purpose unless required by Law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service. Since this website is hosted by WIX, we use WIX and Square online E-Commerce Platform to provide our business. Wix and Square stores your Data in their databases and data storage behind a secured Firewall. You may be asked to create an account at your discretion. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for restricting access to your password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Part 3 - Payment

By choosing to complete your purchase through the direct payment platform, your credit card data is temporarily saved and encrypted by WIX Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) and SSL secure shopping. Once the transaction is completed, your purchase transaction information is deleted. We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit cards and PayPal.

Part 4 - Terms of Sale

These Sale Terms are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, in Tru Addixions sole discretion. By placing an order for products through the Sites, you agree to be bound by and accept the terms and conditions in effect at the time of such order. Other than as specifically provided in any separate written agreement between you and Tru Addixion, these terms and conditions may NOT be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any other document(s), and all sales are expressly conditioned upon your agreement to these terms and conditions.

Part 5 - Shipping Terms

Once the item is ordered, it takes roughly 24-36 hours for the item to leave our Warehouse unless the item is out of stock. Standard shipping is with UPS but we reserve the right to use another carrier if that other carrier is of equal or lesser value for shipping cost. We will ship during our normal hours of 8am - 5:30pm EST. Allow an additional 3-5 days for shipping once the item leaves our warehouse. Please allow extra time during busy times of the year (holidays, etc.). Shipping is $5.99 for orders below $50 and free for orders equal to or greater than $50 unless otherwise stated (During Promo Code Periods). We value our clients and we try to ship our items as quickly as we can. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges will be included on your invoice and can be viewed on a summary screen prior to finalizing your order. Shipping charges are based on the delivery location and method you select during the checkout process. The shipping charge shown during the checkout process is subject to verification. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice, provided that if the actual shipping charge is more than the amount shown on your invoice, we will contact you with the correct shipping costs before processing your order, and you will have an opportunity to cancel your order. All orders are shipped FOB Shipping Point meaning the title to products passes from Tru Addixion to you upon shipment, and we are not responsible for any shipping delays or problems once the product has been shipped.

Part 6 - Sales Tax

We currently only charge sales tax to shipping addresses located in Florida.

Part 7 - Limited Liability

Tru Addixion will not be liable for any form of Punitive Damages. Nor are we responsible for any lost profits or loss of business. To the full extent of the law, Tru Addixion liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchase of products from the site alone.

Part 8 - Copyright

Unless otherwise stated, the Sites and all content and other materials on the Sites including but not limited to the Tru Addixion logo and all designs, text, graphics, pictures, information, data, software, sound files, other files and the selection and arrangement thereof are the proprietary property of Tru Addixion or its selected third party companies and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Such unauthorized use may also violate applicable laws including without limitation copyright and trademark laws and applicable communications regulations and statutes. Unless explicitly stated herein, nothing in these Site Terms shall be construed as conferring any license to intellectual property rights, whether by estoppel, implication or otherwise. This license is revocable at any time. If it appears that any of the above listed items appears to infringe copyright on something you own or in control of, please email us immediately so we can look to resolve the issue.

Part 9 - Third Parties

Third Party Providers that we choose to use will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent of allowing them to successfully perform their services. Certain third party parties will have their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies so it is important that your review their information as well as we are required to adhere to their purchase related policies. Reading their policies will allow you to understand the manner in which your personal information will administered. When moving forward with a transaction that involves the services of a third party, the third party can be subject to the Laws of a different jurisdiction in which they provide their services. The Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement of Priceless Holdings, LLC (Tru Addixion) only reflect this webpage and no other sites. Once redirected to another site, your are responsible to act according to their Policies. Google analytics is used to see who visits our sites and pages.

Part 11 - Child Privacy

Tru Addixion takes special care to protect the safety and privacy of children. Although our sites are for the general audience, we do not permit anyone under the age of 10 to register with us. As previously stated, we owe the right to revise this policy when deemed necessary.
