Return & Cancellation Policy

At Tru Addixion, we focus on the customer first and want to make sure you are pleased with every order. If your are not satisfied with your order, we have no problem refunding your full amount including delivery cost. Items must not have been worn and be in the condition you received them. You can return the items for full refund within 45 days from day of purchase. You can expect reimbursement within 1-3 Business Days of us receiving the refund item. Make sure to email us in the event that you do want to receive a refund and we will inform you of our facility shipping address.
